About Matt

Matt Breedlove has been a resident of the Oceanside area since 1984. Matt is a Rotarian and a strong community supporter. Giving back to the community is a trademark of Matts and he is often called on to Emcee or donate to worthwhile cause or event. 

Matt is also a Charter member of the Oceanside BNI Club and an award winning speaker, formerly a member with Toastmaster’s International. Matt is also a member of the Oceanside Development & Construction Association. Matt loves selling Real Estate and his enthusiasm comes through in his results. He has been awarded the Royal LePage Diamond Award recognizing the top 3%  for sales nationally. And year after year Matt receives the Royal LePage Directors's Platinum Award recognizing the companies top 5%.  Matt is also the recipient of The Award of Excellence which is Royal LePage's highest award in recognition of truly exceptional longer-term selling achievement. Matt Breedlove believes that the only way to achieve his goals he must first achieve the goals of his clients.
